What is Biomagnetism?

This method was discovered by Dr Isaac Goiz Duran in 1988. The technique is simple and affordable.
The pH balance in the body is stimulated, only with the use of magnets, to aid in the elimination of pathogens and toxins. The precise positioning of the magnets promote the bioelectric conditions that entail an adequate balance in the organism, so glands are stimulated and pathogens are naturally discarded.
The one-hour session soughs spontaneous self-regulation of the body and wellbeing.
It can also be done preventively. As a consequence of energy balance, Biomagnetism is very relaxing.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga branches out from Hatha Yoga, and the postures flow with the breath in this type of yoga. Based on the Ashtanga practice, which is powerful and regimental in itself, this form of yoga can be quite challenging for beginners. When Vinyasa Yoga is done at a fast pace, it becomes Power Yoga. When you practice Vinyasa Yoga, the key is to focus on how you inhale and exhale as you move from one posture to the next.

Power Yoga

Due to its up-tempo and brisk nature, power yoga is essentially like an aerobic workout, where yoga poses are done faster and in continuation. Power yoga when practised regularly and under supervision helps your body achieve stability, balance, posture and tone. It is a fast paced work out and can be practised by anyone who enjoys exercising.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is a great way to prepare yourself mentally and physically for childbirth. You already know that. But did you know, prenatal yoga also promotes baby's health in the womb? To begin with, prenatal yoga a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering, and focused breathing.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a type of yoga known for its relaxing, calming and healing effect. It has its roots in the yoga of B.K.S. Iyengar, who developed a yoga that allows students to practice without any strain or pain. This was developed into a whole style of yoga which was considered ideal for those recovering from injuries or illnesses.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is a variation of the hatha tradition of yoga. It was created to be accessible to all types of students, and to support their mental, physical, and spiritual needs. Gentle yoga seeks to provide therapeutic modifications to common yoga poses. This form of yoga helps increase mobility and flexibility in a slow well rounded approach.

Vero started practicing yoga from self training in 2012 and completed RYS 200 certification in 2018. She teaches all ages, private, group and corporate classes. She specializes in vinyasa flow and gentle transitions for prenatal and beginners.

Vero’s practice has evolved to a safe and personalized sequence. Vero looks after students needs and progress for postures, variations and flow rhythm. As a beginner you will find the patience and understanding to work with your tightness and gain balance progressively. If you have experience in yoga you are going to master the poses, get proper alignment and explore new transitions. Wherever you are, just enjoy the mind-body connection that this ancient discipline brings.

In her spiritual journey, yoga has become a life philosophy in and outside the yoga mat.

Vero has been exposed to different cultures, allowing her to provide classes in English and Spanish. FYI, she is also fluent in Portuguese.

Of all 196 yoga sutras, this is by far my favorite one!
